Ron William Walden, a senior principal consultant at the Fletcher Consulting Group, brings a broad and deep range of competencies and experience to his work with NGOs and not-for-profit and private-sector organizations.
Ron consults primarily to mission-driven, not-for-profit organizations and NGOs. He provides an array of organization development and strategic consulting services, including facilitation of retreats and off site conferences, diagnostic review, organizational audits, performance management program development, executive compensation analysis and other human resources program and policy designs. Ron’s consulting activity in the private sector focused for many years on business ethics. In addition, as a corporate lawyer for over a decade, Ron worked with clients in the audit function and on internal investigations. At the Fletcher Consulting Group, Ron Walden has oversight of the Poplar Program, a constellation of diagnostic review services.
Dr. Walden holds the Ph.D. from Yale University and the J.D. from New York University, as well as Master’s degrees in philosophy and divinity. He speaks French and German and reads several other European languages.
